3. No Liability
Roomie acts solely as an intermediary to connect users. We are not a party to any rental agreement or arrangement between users. We do not verify listings, conduct background checks, or guarantee the accuracy of any information posted. You use the platform and contact other users entirely at your own risk.
Roomie is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, fraud, or dispute that arises from contact made through this platform. Always exercise caution, meet in public places, and conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
4. Privacy
Your phone number is only shown to logged-in users on individual listing or interest detail pages. By registering, you consent to your phone number being visible to other registered users for the purpose of arranging accommodation. You may remove your listings at any time to stop your contact information from being displayed.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is reported for misuse.
